Warrior Forum Price Increase

Posted by on Tuesday, 14 September, 2010

It would appear that the costs of running a Warrior Special Offer (including bumping it), and a Warrior Classified Ad have increased from $20 to $40.

Obviously there are arguments on both sides regarding the price hike.

It is my hope that it slows down the “slide” of offers from page 1, and reduces the amount of “crap” offers that get posted. Will those objectives be reached? Time will tell.

The discussion continues on the Warrior Forum.

33 free brandable reports

Posted by on Monday, 13 September, 2010
I love spreading good stuff around, and when I saw this I couldn’t pass it up.
How many free reports have you downloaded off the ‘net only to find that they
were utter crap? Wow…I see a lot of raised hands out there… ;-)
Honestly, I lost count long ago. There have, however, been some absolute jewels. The last group of
jewels like this I saw were from Jason Fladlien not too long ago. Today, I’ve found a new set:
At this link you’ll find 33 free reports that you can brand with your own affiliate link, give away on your website, and earn from them. These aren’t crummy re-hashed pitch-fest reports either. These are high quality puppies
with tons of good, useful information.
Go grab ‘em now!
PS: If you grab these, let me know what you think please – leave a comment!

Buy.com leaves Commission Junction

Posted by on Tuesday, 7 September, 2010

Just got an email stating that Buy.com is removing their affiliate program from Commission Junction. I’m not certain if this means that Buy.com won’t have an affiliate program, or they are teaming up with someone else or going it alone with their own program.

Will provide more information as I get it.

EDIT: Buy.com is moving to LinkShare. Personally, I look forward to using some of LinkShare’s feed tools with Buy.com

Here’s the original email:

Buy.com would like to thank you for promoting the Buy.com program through Commission Junction. Buy.com will be closing its affiliate program through Commission Junction as of September 30, 2010. Please take some time to remove any links or banners promoting the Buy.com program through Commission Junction before September 30, 2010. Buy.com will continue tracking sales and submitting batch files through November 2010.

All inquiries regarding Buy.com after the program is closed with Commission Junction should be directed to:

Melissa Salas,
Director of Marketing, Buy.com
melissas@buy.com

Again, thank you for all your promotional efforts of Buy.com through Commission Junction.

Posted by on Sunday, 5 September, 2010

Well, I guess I have egg on my face now – what was supposed to be a few days turned into…umm…a month and a half. Sorry about that. I guess I got wrapped up in “doing”. So, when we last left our hero, he was talking about a short rundown of all the speakers and their topics at the Earn1KaDay conference in Las Vegas. Here’s part 2 of 3… Read the rest of this entry »
